Base Recipe / Ingredients Required for a Smaller Serving Size if you do not intend to use all the powder at once:
- 500g Beancurd Jelly Powder
- 1500ml Hot Water
- 200g Sugar (Adjust to taste)
Preparation Instructions:
- Add the Beancurd Jelly Powder to 500ml of hot water and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved and simmering.
- Gradually add the sugar, stirring in one direction until completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 1000ml of hot water and bring the mixture to a boil, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Allow the mixture to set and cool to room temperature. Once set, slice and serve! 🍽️
A 2 KG tub yields approximately 25 to 30 servings (250ml each) of this delightful dessert.
