Method:
Preparation procedures good for a 500ml Glass
Items Required
- Blender
- 120ml of Avocado Puree
- 80ml of Evaporated Milk
- 30ml of Gula Melaka
- 2 Tablespoons of Chendol Jelly
- 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Linguine
- Crushed Ice
Steps and Procedures
- Place 30ml of Gula Melaka at the base of glass
- Blend 120ml of Avocado Puree and Milk (without ice) until smooth
- Pour contents into glass
- Next, add the Chendol Jelly and Coconut
- Fill the glass up with crushed ice
- Give it a quick stir
- Serve!
Tips: Alternatively, you may blend the Gula Melaka together with the Avocado and Milk !
