🔹 150ml Mango Puree 🥭
🔹 80ml Full Cream Milk 🥛
🔹 3 Tablespoons Mango Bursters
🔹 1 Tablespoon White Konjac Pearl
🔹 50g of Mango Jelly Strips
🔹 3 Tablespoons Sago
🔹 Fresh Pomelo Bits (optional)
🔹 50ml Water 💧
🥄 How to Make It
1️⃣ Blend Mango Puree, Milk, and Water and pour into a 500ml dessert bowl.
2️⃣ Shave ice or crush ice to your preference, then place atop the mango mixture.
3️⃣ Garnish with Mango Bursters, Crunchers (IQ Ball), Mango Jelly Strips and Sago.
